Terms of use

Last updated 20 June 2026

Short, plain terms for using Mdfoundry. By using the site or an account, you agree to them.

Using Mdfoundry

Use Mdfoundry lawfully and decently. Don't attack or disrupt the service, don't try to break into other people's accounts, and don't publish illegal content, malware, or other people's private information. Don't use the community to harass others or to spam.

Your content

You own the prompts and content you create. When you publish a prompt to the community, you give Mdfoundry a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it so the community features work — showing it, listing it, and letting others fork it. That's the point of publishing.

When you fork someone's prompt, you get your own copy to edit. The original author keeps theirs. You're responsible for what you publish, including that you have the right to share it.

Moderation and takedowns

We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or that enough people report, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service. If you believe something infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and we'll review it.

It's early

Mdfoundry is in beta. Features may change, move, or break, and the community is small while it grows. We'll try not to surprise you, but expect rough edges.

No warranty, no liability

Mdfoundry is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mdfoundry isn't liable for losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Mdfoundry grows. We'll update the date above when we do.
